What to Expect
Before your appointment, we send out a few questionnaires that you can email back to us. When you come in for the visit, we’ll have you complete our forms, and our chiropractor will sit down with you to obtain a thorough health history, injury history, and discuss your symptoms. A physical exam is conducted, and a diagnosis will be made, along with the type of concussion.
At this point, your doctor will offer initial advice and education on how to move forward, and if necessary, further testing will be conducted. You’ll receive reassurance, a full diagnosis, and an explanation of the suggested course of care going forward.
