Getting to Know Each Other ...

During your first visit, we do a lot of listening.

During a brief conversation and review of your health history, we'll try to determine if you’re a good candidate for chiropractic care.  We’ll ask a few questions and do a lot of listening.

A Partnership

The consultation also gives you an opportunity to tour our office, interview Dr David and learn a bit more about chiropractic.  Since ours is a partnership approach to better health, it’s important that you’re comfortable with the personalities, procedures and policies of our office.  The consultation is a great way to find that out.

The Next Step

If we don’t think we can help, we’ll tell you immediately.  If we think we can help, and you agree, we can usually proceed to the next step, which is a thorough examination.  Our new practice members seem to genuinely appreciate the fact that we try to explain everything in advance!

How long does it take to form a bone spur?
Many who begin chiropractic care think their problem happened "last week when you bent over funny." But pictures of the spine tell a different story. Chiropractors know it can take your body years to deposit the calcium necessary to form a bone spur. It's your body's response to stress due to gravity or joint malfunction. And chiropractic care can help.
